Getting Started with Renters Insurance

Simply Log into your resident site and click "Purchase policy" on the homepage banner at the top of your homepage.

1. Customize Your Plan

First, choose your policy start date. Then select the amount of personal coverage you want. All policies will include the following:

- Liability Coverage
- Guest Medical Coverage
- Emergency Living Expenses

2. Enter Personal Information

Next, enter your personal information including your name, address and personal email.

3. Choose Your Payment Option

Last, choose how you would like to pay. You have the option of paying in monthly installments or upfront annually for a discounted price.

4. That's It!

It's that easy. You and your belongings are covered. Your property manager will automatically be notified and your policy information will automatically be added to your resident account.

Already Covered But Need To Show Proof of Insurance?

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your resident site.

2. Open the drop-down next to your name and select "My account."

3. Under "My account," scroll down to the renters insurance section.

4. Enter the following information: Insurance Company, Policy ID, Effective Date, Expiration Date, Liability Coverage.

5. Upload your proof of insurance.

6. Save Changes.
That's it! After uploading your policy information, we'll automatically be notified that you're insured.
