Rent Terms:

The rent for this property is non-negotiable. Upon deciding to proceed, we require the first month's rent and a security deposit at the time of signing. We also do require a minimum one-year lease be signed. This policy is firm, with no exceptions.

Application Process:

Once we receive your application, we'll promptly schedule a showing after a thorough review. We highly recommend an in-person or Zoom meeting for a comprehensive understanding of your needs.

Income Verification and Background Check:

We'll request proof of income for the last three months for income verification. With your consent, we'll conduct a credit and background check. This process helps us ensure a secure and comfortable living environment for all our tenants.

Lease Approval:
